Application Notes:
WINNER PLUS PUPPY MILK PRO can be used as milk replacer or supplement from the first day of life. Adjust the amount of feed to the needs of the puppy. Fed up, satisfied puppies suck and sleep, but do not cry. To get the puppies used to from mothermilk to dry food we recommend to use the PUPPY MILK PRO to soak the food croquettes and to give as a porridge to facilitate the transition to feeding change in the first few days of weaning. It is important to ensure the highest level of hygiene: clean the suction flasks, pacifier etc. in boiling water before each use. Please do not leave milk leftovers and always dispose of them!
The simultaneous administration of vitamin Dâ‚‚ is inadmissible!
Preparation Instructions:
According to the natural milk of the bitch, the puppy milk is prepared in a ratio of 4 to 1, i.e. 4 parts by weight of warm water (80%) and 1 part by weight of puppy milk (20%). Boil the water, allow to cool and stir in the puppy milk powder lump free at approx. 50° C. Prepare fresh milk for each meal and feed it at a body temperature of approx. 38 ° C.
Feeding recommendation:
At the beginning it is fed approximately every 2 hours, at the end of the nursing period approximately every 4 hours. As a night break 6-8 hours should be respected. Very young puppies are fed with a dropping pipette, larger ones with a suction bottle, and from the 4th week of life also with a small bowl. For feeding in addition to mothermilk, the number of meals per day is reduced. The recommended feeding amount must not be exceeded. The required amount of drinking depends on the milk quantity of the bitch, number of puppies, breed and age. The younger the puppies, the more meals a day being fed and the smaller the portions should be. After stopping mother milk, the puppy milk should also be discontinued.
